About Karen Fox From a young age, I was aware of my psychic abilities.
At 10 years old, I knew a major life event would happen to me as a teenager. At 16, I told a friend about it.
Although I tried to prevent this from happening, it occurred anyway when I was 17. I'm not sure
we can stop something just because we have psychic insights about it. In hindsight, I'm glad it happened, though at
the time it was difficult. Psychic knowings about the future can help you prepare for these events, even if you can't
stop them from happening. As a child, I had an active dream life, often having lucid dreams (aware of dreaming).
Throughout my life, I have had psychic dreams about myself, people I know, as well as world events. We all dream
about our current circumstances and our future. While
doing research for my master's thesis at the University of South Florida, I had vivid dreams about some of the people I interviewed.
I was surprised that my thesis committee allowed me to incorporate these insights into my thesis. I had always kept
such things on the periphery of my life. Many scientists have informative dreams about their work. I continued
having dreams about my research as I completed a Ph.D. in Sociology at Syracuse University.
Many years ago, I had a vivid dream
one year to the day when my maternal grandmother died. She came to me in the dream--it was like seeing a ghost in my
dreams. My grandmother told me about the psychic abilities I exhibited as a child. Psychics had always told me
I could do readings. So in 1990, I joined a group focused on developing psychic abilities. We gave group readings
using clairvoyance, clairaudience, and channeling. Shortly after, I began giving individual readings. I also used
my psychic abilities during hands-on energy healing sessions. ~~~
When I am doing a "reading," I feel
fortunate to be in a connected space with something larger than myself. I have always been intrigued
with what lies beyond our world. And I feel honored to have the opportunity to provide my clients with insights for
their lives.
